I suspect it will take place in the Bahamas (Nassau/Freeport).

 

Usually they have a repo cruise when they go between NOLA and Boston - this time they do not - ergo they are probably not going to use Boston as a dry dock.

 

I think they might have learned their lesson with the Star about using US dry docks ;)

 

only time will tell.

What happened to The Star had nothing to do with the company doing the work. It had do do with a West Coast work slow down in all of the ports not allowing cargo ships to be unloaded in timely manner, so parts did not arrive on time and then the Coast Guard ordered The Star to leave early because She needed to get across the Columbia River Bar and out into the Pacific Ocean before a very bad storm hit. It was bad even 300+ miles inland.
