Best Excursion for a 4 and 5 year old?

Any suggestions on excursions for a 4 and 5 year old? We did the ruins last year and the kids did love it. I know my oldest will not try cave tubing (we refuses to even get in a lazy river.) Thinking of a beach excursion, but don't want an really long tender ride. Any thoughts?

We purchased the "beach break" directly from Norwegian. They are supposed to come and pick you directly up at the ship (therefore no need to tender to the dock). We looked at the ruins excursion but worried about how our kids, 4 & 8, would do on the 1-hour transport. We thought that a beach day would be more relaxing/hassle-free?
