CruiseNext Credits Missing?

I received the following reply from NCL yesterday.

 

Hello,

 

I am seeing 2 CruiseNext deposits under your latitude number, for some reason, they haven't been showing up in the MyNCL accounts; but, they are both ready to be used for your next cruise.

 

Here are the certificate numbers:

Both are valid through 09/20/2019.

Can anyone confirm/deny that their CruiseNext Credits are showing up on MyNCL under "My Account"?

 

Mine have gone missing...

 

I have had a couple on my account for a few months. They never showed up on 'MyNCL' like they usually do. I called and rep said she saw them in her system and had no idea why they are not showing up on customer's pages.
