Cab from Nassau Port to Atlantis

Does anyone know how much a cab costs and are they plentiful going towards

Atlantis and Paradise Island? About how long of a ride is it? Thanks!!!:)

If you catch a cab at the port, it will cost you $4 pp plus $1 toll for the Bridge.

If you catch a private cab from downtown, it will cost you $8 for 2 ppl plus $3 each add'l person plus $1 toll for the bridge.

The difference is.. the cabs at the port fill as many people as they can fit for $4pp. Private cabs must adhere to union rates.. which I stated above.

Depending on the time of day. The ride takes 10 - 20 minutes.

We were just there and we didn't get charged the extra $1 for the toll, plus there must be something about not charging kids. I have two kids, ages 3 and 5. On the way to the Atlantis, the cabbie said no charge for the 3 year old. On the way back, the cabbie said no charge for the kids at all. So, go figure.
