Kayaking trip Tracy Arm Fjord

Cruise booked on RCL Explorer of the Seas for Sept. 2, 2016. We have a wedding planned in Juneau. Hubby is an avid kayaker and wants to do a kayak trip in one of the other ports Skagway, Victoria or on Tracy Arm Fjord. Any suggestions?

You can't kayak in Tracy Arm with a cruise, are you referring to Misty Fiords out of Ketchikan? Do you have one of the cruises with the late port times in Victoria, or do you have a full port day? Big difference with kayaking availability.

I personally went on the excursion mentioned above by budget queen. It was a great trip but I a, not sure it would satisfy an "expert" kayaker. The trip is designed to accommodate a variety of levels. If the desire is to just get out on the water in a beautiful setting for a little while, this does the trick. If you are looking for a challenging expert kayak adventure, maybe not so much... This does also take the scenic railway from town so you can experience a little of both!
