Good time to fly out from Houston Hobby

We are looking at a flight leaving out of Houston Hobby at 12:35 on a Sunday in May when we get off the Breeze in Galveston. Is this doable? We don't want to stress ourselves getting off the ship but would like to get this flight. TIA

carnival will accommodate those that have early flights. we sailed with another couple in September on Magic who had to get off early. they were in their car and leaving Galveston by 9 and back in Conroe before 11. they just went to guest services and let them know they needed to go as early as possible and it was a done deal. they didnt even say why (he is a minister and wanted to make the 11am service). it's about an hour to hobby. even with delays that should be plenty of time. as for your stress level, ymmv.
