Sabatin's on Sapphire

I was on the Coral last year during Thanksgiving. We had a fairly large group that dined at Sabatini's on a formal night. I think we made the reservation a couple of days prior, with no problem. There appeared to be open tables when we were there.

To make sure you aren't disappointed, I would make a reservation as early as possible. Based on my experience, I don't think you'll have a problem.

I would add that attire in Sabatini's is nice. You don't necessarily need to wear a tux or formal wear, but I would definitely kick it up a notch from 'smart casual'. It's just that sort of place.

We were on the Sapphire in August. We went to the restaurant (concierge desk was worthless, incompetent and rude) around 6:10 p.m. (they open at 6:00) on first night to make reservations for the following night, which was the first formal night. No problem, as long as we were willing to take the early seating. We had a party of 27, and were treated like kings and queens.
