desertmoon Posted November 2, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 2, 2015 We'll be on the Island Princess November 25 and checking on our options. In Aruba we'll just walk into town and probably do something similar in Ochos Rios since we've visited all the usual spots before. In both Cartagena and Limon we're more interested in joining a small group for specific stops (Cartagena: Old City, La Popa, San Felipe Limon: sloth sanctuary, banana plantation and rainforest). The local tour operators have about 50 price points depending on size of group, etc. We'd like to avoid the ship tours. Anyone interested or have suggestions? Thanks. CruisingJs Posted November 2, 2015 #2 Share Posted November 2, 2015 The best thing you can do is post on the roll call for your cruise to get a small group to join you. We recently did this for Cartagena and got a very good price for 12 people.
Tedferg Posted November 2, 2015 #3 Share Posted November 2, 2015 Last year we used Dora De Zubria http://cartagenatour.com/testimonials.html and were very pleased. We ended up with 11 people off our roll call.
