Booked cruise on 11/3/15 for Nov 22-29. When I booked there was a Holiday Cruise onboard Credit offered. After I booked and review reservations the next day.. no credit found. Called NCL denied Holiday credit existed. I have a print out of the page. Anyone else have this type of problem. Suggestions.This is our first time to cruise with NCL hoping it is not our last:mad:

Was there any OBC offered?

YES. When you where on NCL site and you had the boxes of cabin/price choices there was a green square with $ in it (Holiday Cruise Onboard Credit). The holiday would be Thanksgiving I thought. The next day the same site was changed.

Not trying to be funny but, is there a chance they just mentioned that it was a holiday cruise, but the OBC was the same as usual?

I understand and believe me I wish we had some kind of OBC.

Sometimes promos like that require a minimum cabin category. Do you remember if it showed anything like that?
