gpb11 Posted November 13, 2015 #2 Share Posted November 13, 2015 Yes, but if he can get a passport so much the better. Have you read the Carnival FAQs? https://help.carnival.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1406
Rare sparks1093 Posted November 13, 2015 #3 Share Posted November 13, 2015 Planning a January Carnival 3 day cruise to the Bahamas. One person in our group does not have a passport. Can he use his birth certificate instead? If he is a US citizen he can use his government issued birth certificate and government issued photo ID to board. The risk of something happening on a 3 day cruise that would require a passport is extremely low.
CruzVinnieCruz Posted November 13, 2015 #4 Share Posted November 13, 2015 (edited) Make sure the birth certificate he has is one the is government issued not one that was issued in the hospital. We live in Pennsylvania and the one issued here has a raised seal on it. Take care, Vinnie Edited November 13, 2015 by CruzVinnieCruz
