What do the dining packages include?

We purchased 4 nts specialty dining on our upcoming GEM cruise. After reading different threads I am wondering what it includes. Prior to this trip when we had specialty dining we ordered what we wanted off the menu. Do you now only get 1 starter, 1 entree and 1 desert? Just a bit confused with these restaurant changes.

I don't see any reason why things will have changed for the Gem at the moment. The discussion on here has been about how things are affected by the a la carte menus, which aren't due on the Gem until next year.

 

If your cruise is after the a la carte menus are introduced then it probably still doesn't make any difference. All actual experience with those menus suggests that there are no restrictions (except probably for being restricted to one entree, which was usually the case previously).
