2 Bottles of Wine.. 2 People.. 1 Carry On?

We are cruising in 19 days and this will be the first time that we've taken wine onboard with us.

The Carnival website states..

 

"At the beginning of the cruise during embarkation day only, guests (21 years of age and older) may bring one 750 ml bottle of sealed/unopened wine or champagne per person in their carry-on luggage."

 

We usually only bring one carry on.

Will they allow the two of us to each have a bottle in the one carry on..

Or do we each have to bring a carry on?

if you are both checking in together... this will not be a problem

 

1 carry-on is fine

My husband always carries our two bottles of wine in his backpack when we embark. We're together when we go though security.

 

Lately, security has taken the bottles out of their protective wrapping to check that they are sealed.
