going on the ventura on 1st dec in an outside cabin I have noticed it is cheaper to have a balcony on a select price than we paid for a select outside in September do they normally offer you a upgrade or is it to late now or could we get a balcony at the new prices

If you want to upgrade you will pay the price when you booked.

As final payment would have past quite some time ago, I think things may be a little late now. You can ring pando, but as has been posted they will want to charge you the price difference when you booked, not what it is now.

You could cry and say can I have a free upgrade, or extra obc,but be prepared for them to say no.
