"Better" options not showing up on reservation

Hi all:

Just booked the January 16th Summit to Southern Caribbean. Got the sky suite and selected the "pick 2" (I thin kit's the middle/better option?) for perks where you could have prepaid tips, internet, beverage package or onboard credit. I selected the classic beverage package and the prepaid tips but when I go to manage my reservation, it gives me the options of buying those. Is this something figured out later? Thanks so much. I have sailed with RCL, Carnival, Disney, HAL and Princess, but never Celebrity so I have no clue.

I booked a cruise using the Best promotion. It took about 1 week for the paperwork to be updated to include the promotion. Give it a couple of days, then check back. Your booking agent, if booked through Celebrity should have explained that to you. If you booked through a TA, check with him/her to get clarification.

Thanks. I booked online so my receipt shows it but it was odd that it was offering me those things to buy. I will wait it out.

If you have a receipt for those things...that's all you need. No need to worry about the "buggy" website.

I just booked a cruise on the Reflection for December. Chose the OBC and prepaid tips. Started booking online, finished over the phone because I wasn't sure reservation was correct online. It took about a week for my reservation to show that the gratuities were now included.

There are a bunch of website issues going on now. New system and it does not work. Reported in several other threads. Suggest you either Call X or book through a TA.

This issue regarding the BBB promo is not a website issue. It is an internal bookkeeping issue. It takes a few days to a week to get all of the information processed, then forwarded back to the customer.
