Taking cash out against OBC on the Escape experiences

We currently have put money on our OBC account and will want to take cash out at the casino(due to getting a great exchange rate earlier this year). The NCL rep talked to her supervisor and confirmed this should be okay but I haven't heard of first hand experiences yet since the Escape has been sailing. We understand that there will be a limit/day on what can be taken out and there will be a 3% fee to take cash out but we were curious if there was firsthand experiences so far with taking cash out at the Escape casino.

Also, are we just to say "I would like to take cash out against our OBC on our account"?

Thanks in advance!

We have been doing this for years. You don't tell them anything. You simply go to the cashere and tell them you would like whatever. You need to take at least a $100 out and there is a charge of 3%. No one cares or pays any attention to whether you walk to the nearest slot machine or out the door.
