Imagination Parking?

Where to park for the Imagination 4 night cruise? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Unless you park off site at say a hotel or lot in LB the only choice is the parking garage adjacent to the Queen Mary. http://www.queenmary.com/stay-aboard/nearby-attractions/long-beach-carnival-cruise-terminal/

Not much around besides the port at $19/day.

 

Some hotels offer park and sail rates.

 

There are a few $5/day unsecured, completely open day-type lots around the convention center. The free Passport bus picks up near there.

 

For short cruises we park at port. For most longer cruises we'll park at LA Union Station $6/day and take the metro in. Not for the faint of heart as it goes thru the 'really good area' of LA-- Watts , Compton, South Central.

We got a park & sail package at Hotel Maya. They offer a free shuttle to the pier...it was flawless.

We took the trains to/from our 10/3-10/7 cruise and again on 11/14. Even with having to change to a bus (Vernon-USC area) for part of the Blue line we haven't had an issue. The people watching is very 'interesting'

Ah, while true, there are some good people watching to be had Union Station to Long Beach, lol. But bring sunglasses...
