delluser Posted November 19, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 19, 2015 Was offered an upsell to Haven and took it. We are leaving for BCN tomorrow morning. We are new to NCL anyway, but really didn't scope this out at all. What do I need to know? What are the do not misses? Thanks!

Rare BirdTravels Posted November 20, 2015 #4 Share Posted November 20, 2015 (edited) Was offered an upsell to Haven and took it. We are leaving for BCN tomorrow morning. Take advantage of your butler and concierge. Let your butler know if you have any special goodie requests. If you order breakfast, write anything you want on the breakfast cards and your butler will service it to your on a white tablecloth (i.e. my DW orders egg white omelets. while I always order a filet steak and eggs). Your concierge will get you around most lines. David will get you into the theater and into the havens seating area if you want (we normally make a dash for better seats in the center). If you go to Cirque, David will escort you through the back entrance and seat you before the main doors open. Use the concierge to get you to the front of disembarkation lines and to the front of tender lines. Have a great cruise! Willowmina Posted November 20, 2015 #5 Share Posted November 20, 2015 @bnorris10 - we sailed in the Epic in 16016 for Easter 2014. Great room and great location. Close to the bar & restaurant. Easy access to the courtyard area. We LOVED it!

Easy access to the courtyard area. We LOVED it! Do you have pictures up anywhere of your room?! I am so anxious and excited about my trip looking forward to 10 days of relaxing - What I really love is that it's gonna be cool enough that I can go sleep on one of the haven areas outside and enjoy the fresh air for a little mid day nap I would never have though about ordering a filet for breakfast
Willowmina Posted November 20, 2015 #7 Share Posted November 20, 2015 Sorry I don't have any pictures of the room that don't include my daughters being silly! All the rooms are pretty much the same. I do remember the shower - it was amazing! Loved the views especially at sunset. Enjoy the Haven!
