Is there a Cirque dinner show on Jade? If so can you register in advance? THANKS!!! :D

No, cirque-type dinner shows are available only on megaships (Epic and newer) that have specifically built venues for those.

 

Also reservations for entertainment are also only available on megaships.

Any mentions about Le Cirque Bijou are from Stardust Theatre meaning that those are regular evening shows (not dinner shows like OP asked) and since when it's been possible to book entertainment on non-megaships?
