turtle farm and brewery

There will be 4 of us arriving to Grand Cayman. We would like to go to the turtle farm for maybe 2-3 hours, have lunch somewhere, and then go to the brewery for a tour. Does anyone have any idea of how we can do this with transportation? car rental is out! I was there once in 2008 and walked off the ship and someone took us on a tour-had a great day. The problem this time is Grand Cayman has 4 other ships in port that day and I am concerned about doing what we want to do. Are their any tour companies that do not do stingray city??

There is bus service...cheap and reliable. If you google Grand Cayman bus service, it will give you the routes!
