**Verizon Gift Cards**

I purchased a couple a few weeks ago and I am wondering if I can just take them to gust service and get them to put it on my sail and sign card??

 

I bought them for my sail and sign bill. I usually just load cash on it as we go. Just been thinking about taking the whole card and get them to load it all on there.

What if I don't spend it all will they write me a check at the end of the cruise? Can I go to the casino and get it out on cash?

Different reports. Some people report getting a refund check in the mail, others report getting a new gift card with the balance in the mail.

 

Same with getting cash on board. Some have been able to cash out gift cards at guest services. If that doesn't work, it can be done quite easily at the casino by downloading funds from your S&S account to your casino account then cashing it out at the cage. I used the slots to do this on our last cruise.

You can actually put them on your account when you physically check in for the ship and get your S&S card.

 

Carnival's official report is that if there is leftover money on your account they will mail you a check, but if it's $10 or under they donate it to St.Jude's :)

We put our on sail and sign and then the last night cash out and got cash back.

Do they actually ship you a card or can you print out? We sail on the 26th and I'm worried they would get here in time.

I read the Verizon website and it specifically states they will mail them.

If you go to the Verizon web site and go to the "Redeem Now" page, up on the line with your Points total there is a link to "Account". Click on that and you can see your rewards orders. Click on "View Details" and you can see your order status. Shortly after it ships you should be able to see Tracking information.
