Drinks?

How much are drinks on the Queen Mary Two? Are sodas expensive? I love how on RCCL you can get a soda card. I am guessing you can not have this on the QM2.

 

Any thoughts?

You can get a soda card on the QM2 they cost $27 for the week Alcohol is not cheap and is carefully measured,

 

One little tip, ask the barman to go easy on the ice otherwise your glass will be filled to the brim with cubes of frozen water which melts very quickly leaving you with a watered down version of your favorite tipple.

I sailed on the QM2 last year and will be on her again sailing from NYC, Jan3.

 

Beer was about $3.50 - 4.50 plus the 15%.

 

Wine prices were reasonable.

 

Weekly ticket for soda purchases was available.

 

And of course, the QM2 is in a class by itself.

I was on the QM2 in April and the soda card was available. When I was on again in July, I was told they stopped offering it.

They must have reinstated it I bought one 4 weeks ago

On the QM2, they were stingy on the pour but the booze was not watered as I suspect it is on some lines. The best deal is the pub which has Guinness and some other ales on tap.
