axelskater Posted December 16, 2015 #1 Share Posted December 16, 2015 A few people asked about the stateroom decorations for Christmas on the Dream... Here are some pictures for the "Very Merrytime Cruise" Stateroom decorations - the cost with tax was $62.00. Was it "monetarily" worth it? Yes - because my mom loved the surprise of walking in and seeing the Christmas decorations. But ... you can buy your own things for less and decorate your cabin when you get there. IN this case it was the surprise factor. The decorations included a Mickey Wreath door magnet (hung inside because our door was wood, not metal) 2 stockings 4 Mickey paper ornament "garlands" A large Mickey fold out decoration with a jingle bell a decal for the mirror or cabin doors. Here are pix. Click on them to make them bigger for a more detailed look. you can see the stockings on the left and the Mickey wreath which would go on most stateroom front doors this was actually the gingerbread house we made - we took it back to our room and used it as a decoration! window decal "centerpiece" the last 2 pix are the Mickey ornament garlands - there were 4. I would order them again - my mom took them with her and has decorated her office with them. So if you want to surprise someone, I definitely recommend ordering them. You can take them home with you, as they pack easily. Just be sure to order 48 hours before you sail.
