How do I ensure that everyone in our party will be dining together?

Hi all -

 

I suppose I'm just overlooking something very simple, but I can't find it in my booking profile or in the Carnival FAQ. We have 3 different booking numbers, have all chosen late dining, and want to let Carnival know that we'd like to be seated at the same table. How do I go about doing this?

I have my PVP link all the bookings together. I don't think I could do it myself. If you don't have a PVP, just call customer service and have them linked.

Have your PVP or travel agent link your reservations, that always works for me. Call your PVP and ask that the 3 reservations be linked together for dining.

You can link your reservations. I'm not sure where on the booking site you would do that, but just give Carnival a call with the reservation numbers and they can link them for you.

We always make our reservations over the phone and tell the reservation agent to link our bookings together.

Call and have the 3 booking numbers linked together for dining. Your PVP or TA can do this or if you booked direct just call Carnival

And then call back to check they are linked. My parents' PVP never seems to get it right on the first try and regular customer service has to fix it for me. Just call their regular line afterwards and ask if your booking is linked to any others for dining.

I did this a few weeks ago. I called the reservation number and linked my reservation with my in-laws.

 

The person from carnival needed me to have the date of birth of my MIL.

 

I would suggest getting this information together and just call. It would have been easy if i didn't have to calculate my MIL year of birth. At least i was able to figure it out while the poor lady on the phone listened to my bad math skills.

If each individual booking was made separately by 3 individuals, you will need their 4 digit PIN number in addition to their booking numbers.

Contact whoever booked the cruises and have them linked and noted that you all wsih to dine together.
