helen/steve Posted October 4, 2005 #1 Share Posted October 4, 2005 Sounds like a Latin club. Is there dancing inside? Salsa, Merengue etc.
Karen Lynn Posted October 4, 2005 #2 Share Posted October 4, 2005 More like off to the side. But, yes...there is dancing!

helen/steve Posted October 4, 2005 Author #6 Share Posted October 4, 2005 Karen, What do you mean by off to the side?
Nliedel Posted October 4, 2005 #7 Share Posted October 4, 2005 A Mojito is a drink. 2-3 oz Light rum; Juice of 1 Lime (1 oz); 2 tsp Sugar; 2-4 Mint sprigs; Soda water I have rented my husband several Salsa DVD's from Netflix and am teaching him to Salsa for Boleros. He has two left feet but it's coming along well. I would like to publicaly thank my "I would rather have my eyeballs glued open than dance" husband for being sweet enough to do this for me. Twaincruisers Posted October 4, 2005 #8 Share Posted October 4, 2005 I am not a dancer, but I enjoy drinking mojitos at Boleros and watching all the people having such a great time dancing. On NOS the dance floor seemed pretty small for so many people. The hallway was packed with people watching.
digital_curator Posted October 4, 2005 #9 Share Posted October 4, 2005 Karen,What do you mean by off to the side? Rather than a separate room, the Boleros lounge is located off one of the walkways in the ship- there are no walls enclosing the space...so technically there is no dancing "inside";) It is a great lounge with an excellent drink menu and it seems to be very popular but it isn't a large space and gets crowded at night! Cheers,
plane2port Posted October 4, 2005 #10 Share Posted October 4, 2005 Boleros was my favorite lounge on the both Grandeur and Mariner. I liked the larger size of the dance floor on the Grandeur. Fantastic bands! Don't forget to check the Compass for the salsa lessons during the day.
