What cruise line and itenarary is best for an Alaskan cruise with kids ages 7-12? And opinions please...go... :)

As I said in that thread, your decision may be driven by cabin arrangements. All of the lines have kids programs. They all visit the same ports, and offer the same excursions. I know that's a blanket statement, but the major ports are the same: Juneau, Ketchikan, Skagway. Some will skip Skagway for Sitka or Haines. HAL, Princess, and NCL visit Glacier Bay, others will visit Hubbard Glacier, Tracey Arm/Sawyer Glacier. EM
