ccdaniel2707 Posted January 4, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 4, 2016 So, the casino rates are out but they aren't the pack and play offers. Does anyone know when those will be released? The casino rates are good rates but nothing beats a pack & play offer :D

shibby sails Posted January 13, 2016 #3 Share Posted January 13, 2016 No one knows when and no one knows who will get them when they come out or if they come out. Personally, and i hope I am wrong, I don't think they will be coming out with them again unless the ships are really empty. Premier and casino rates are available but I don't see them as much of a deal.
erinzma Posted January 13, 2016 #4 Share Posted January 13, 2016 How do you see the Casino rates that I've seen people mention out here? I'd never heard of them. Thanks in advance for your info!
sc4125 Posted January 13, 2016 #5 Share Posted January 13, 2016 I'm booked on Pack & Play in March and from what I've read, if you're already booked you may not get another Pack & Play. I was hoping maybe that's why I wasn't seeing that rate available in my offers. I've been lucky enough to have gotten Pack & Play rates for all of my cruises these past 2 years, and I have to say it's like sticker shock looking at the regular rates now. Even the Premier & casino rates are so much higher than I've been used to paying. I hope they return. I'm not sure what makes them available, but considering they've been pretty consistent these past few years, I'm hoping that there haven't been any real big changes as far as number of ships, number of passengers, etc. that would effect this. BigB0882 Posted January 13, 2016 #6 Share Posted January 13, 2016 I am patiently waiting for the next round. Hopefully there will be a next round. I know they seem to be sailing full but it is ALWAYS a wise idea for them to offer these deals to gamblers. Even if they get a room for $150 per person they gamble enough to easily make up the difference. They may make more on that person than the one who pays full price for a room but doesn't gamble and hardly drinks. I am so used to the cheap cruise fares that I simple will not book a cruise any other way. I can't justify it because I enjoy gambling on a cruise and if my money is spent on the cruise then there is nothing to gamble so what is the point? If I pay full price for a cruise it will be for an Alaskan cruise or it will be on another line that I want to try.

Thanks in advance for your info! Log in to carnival, go to manage, go to VIFP club, then go to my offers. Any sales they are offering will be there. The last 3 cruises we took were pack and play offers & I am desperately hoping they come back around! I am looking at an 8 day cruise in May and I am not paying the price they are asking right now!! jamscckmc Posted January 14, 2016 #9 Share Posted January 14, 2016 I got pack and play offers in Oct. I'm booked on two. There were many cruises included between Oct and May. Included were the first two Vista cruises and one Alaska. I could book as many as I wanted. This is the third time I've received these offers within a couple months of my last cruise. This time instead of $50 for cruise and $50 OBC it was $75 for inside and $50 OBC. I am not a big gambler. It always takes me till night 6 to get 1500 points and the drinks on us card. What do you have to do to get the points? Tables or slots? Is that the "magic" number? We've never gotten any special rates. My husband plays more than his fair share of Craps onboard! jamscckmc Posted January 15, 2016 #12 Share Posted January 15, 2016 Both, just play with your card. With the slots you insert your card.
tbbtravels Posted January 12, 2017 #13 Share Posted January 12, 2017 (edited) I agree the pack n go rates are the best. I was getting them regularly the last 2 years. They started out free and port fees, then $50/$50 but the last bunch was $75/$50obc which was $150 and $50 on the longer 7/8 day cruises. Lately, I get nothing but premiere with $300 cash. Not as good a deal to me. I quit gambling over the bounce back and not getting the room when I had something booked a while back. I was ready to gamble this cruise and playing for points to get bounce backs again. Reading on a couple of places that they are not doing the pack n goes anymore. Anyone been on the triumph lately and what did you play? I like penny slots like quick hits at a max bet of $3 or the orb dragons and wolf machines at a max bet around $3. jamscckmc Posted January 13, 2017 #15 Share Posted January 13, 2017 My previous posts were from last year. I haven't received any more pack and play offers just casino rate and premier. Going on my first premiere in March. Not much of a discount and only $200 casino cash but maybe I'll win something.😉
tbbtravels Posted January 14, 2017 #16 Share Posted January 14, 2017 Good luck jamscckmc. Hubs and I had to quit drinking so the premiere offers aren't all that great for us anymore.
