No you would pay the full price for that premium martini on the Classic Package. You cannot just pay the difference on single drinks or glasses of wine that are above the Classic Package price. However, if you have the Premium Package and order say a glass of wine beyond the price allowed, you CAN just pay the difference. Another tip is not to order whole bottles of wine on the Premium Package - you get a 20% (?) discount but still pay the remainder. Just order wine by the glass and for expensive wines just pay the difference per glass. If you love great martini's and very good wine, or good scotch for that matter, it is well worth the $11.50 per day upgrade in my opinion.

I believe with tax and gratuity it's $11.50 a day, and you can upgrade onboard. We have upgraded our free classic package every cruise and haven't regretted it.

 

It's actually now 18% so the upgrade is now $11.80 per day, and the best deal on celebrity imho! 🍸😊
