Car service from FLL to Port Everglades?

We usually drive, but are flying into FLL this time. Anyone used a car service from FLL to Port Everglades? I'm traveling with an elderly parent and don't want to deal with the hassle of a taxi line. I'm also interested in the same company taking us on a sightseeing tour on the day we disembark before dropping us off at the airport. I don't want to take the ship's tour because I want to include a stone crab lunch somewhere before being dropped off.
