escott74 Posted January 9, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 9, 2016 I'm planning to do Harmony of the Seas leaving Barcelona on 6/26. On 7/1 it stops in Naples/Capri, but I want to find out specifically which one. We really prefer Capri, and the last time we did a Mediterranean cruise it called in Naples and took us forever just to get from Naples to Capri, even though it's not that far. Thank you! Rare cruisemom42 Posted January 9, 2016 #2 Share Posted January 9, 2016 No large ships (like RCL) would stop in Capri. Only a very few small ships anchor nearby and tender there. Naples is your port.

Rare cruisemom42 Posted January 9, 2016 #4 Share Posted January 9, 2016 Thank you. It's been a long time since I was there, but I remember it taking forever and a day just to get over to Capri. Tons of people waiting forever. Has this improved? During peak season there are quite a few ferries running to Capri in the morning from the pier right next to where the cruise ships dock. I would head out ASAP and get a ticket on the next ferry to Capri. The trip over takes a while -- about 50 minutes on the high speed ferries.
