Not a cruise this time, but a First Choice holiday in Madeira.

 

Been tracking it for a while, it went up over Christmas, then down twice so booked it last week and now see it is £78 cheaper and if we had gone a few days earlier it would have been even cheaper :rolleyes:

 

Just how do you know when to book holidays for the best deal? :p

We all make that mistake but whatever the cost you will have a fabulous holiday in Madeira Linda. We have been twice - stayed at Machico the first time and Funchal the second; preferred Machico but probably only because the hotel was so much better located. Don't miss a trip to Camacha!

Hi Brenda,

 

We love Madeira. We first went there for our Silver Wedding and have since been there 3 more times plus several times on cruises :)

 

Weather not too good there at the moment, but it should perk up by the end of February, hopefully.

Will be at Nidd Hall this year. No cruise till June unfortunately.

Our first Caribbean cruise was delayed six hours due to snow at Gatwick. But we still got there in time for dinner. Don't forget they are 4 hours behind us.

Think its 5hrs diff Linda. How long was the Gatwick flight delayed? Can see Man was 6 hrs and they are forecasting arrival after 2100hrs not good but it will be warm!

It's defiantly 5 at the moment, I think it all depends on weather we are on GMT or BST!

I don't think they have any daylight saving time but not certain. I just went onto the world clock on my phone and put in Montego Bay and it's -5 hours
