Nachi Cocom is all-inclusive (food & drinks) for about $55 each and offers a snorkel excursion for another $30+ each. Quiet & relaxed with no crowds; limited to 100 guests per day. Great food/drinks/service. Small pool w/swim up bar plus a hot tub and nice beach. Taxi each way will run about $17.

I went to book them, because we've been there before and loved it, and they're all booked-up for the date we'll be there.

Do you know of any others that are similar?

Mr. Sanchos and Playa Mia are both often suggested -- bigger, more lively, optional water toys, etc.

We are looking at the Occidental and the Allegro for now...

If you can do without the snorkeling go to Paradise Beach. Huge beautiful pool, good food and drinks, excellent beach. It's pay as you go after a $3 entry fee. We love it there.
