MollyFlyer Posted January 23, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 23, 2016 Is it possible to request a memory foam pillow for my bed? The last trip I went on without one, I had trouble getting to sleep every night, but actually packing mine seems like it'd take up unneeded suitcase space. DonnaK Posted January 23, 2016 #2 Share Posted January 23, 2016 As far as I know, memory foam pillows are not available onboard. I always bring my own when I drive to the port and luggage is not an issue

Little chance you'll be happy otherwise
N41EF Posted January 23, 2016 #4 Share Posted January 23, 2016 They make these packing storage bags that you put clothes in, then use your vacuum cleaner to suck all of the air out of. Would that suck a foam pillow down enough to make it easier to pack? Work with the Steward to use their Vac to pack it for home. Another option would be to buy a new pillow for home, and take the old one and leave it on the ship to be thrown out. I never have room coming home, but I often have full suitcases coming home. It is another reason I like cruising from Florida where we can drive to.
MollyFlyer Posted January 23, 2016 Author #5 Share Posted January 23, 2016 Don't think I want to throw out my pillow . . . it's still holding up just fine. At least it squishes down well.
