DesrtDrmr Posted October 7, 2005 #2 Share Posted October 7, 2005 On some of the Princess ships, and Royal Caribbean ships, some of the cabins on some of the decks extend out from the side of the ship, while the rest are not extended. The cabins that lie within these extensions are called bumpouts...........at least by the passengers. I don't know what the cruiselines call them.
