Nurse9696 Posted January 25, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2016 Anyone else have difficulty with NCL website- we made our final payment no problem today online but now can't book our shore excursions or spa passes. It will let me explore different from xcursions but no option to select and add to cart. I have tried 4 different devices today thinking it was my laptop. Did you click on More Details and then when the screen changes, choose the date and time of the excursion on the right side of the screen? If that's not working, then, I would say give NCL a call, they have a prompt to go to the website support people who can tell you if they are having an outtage or not.
