RCI won't let me upgrade from an ocean view to a balcony after final payment

It looks like the FR March sailing balcony prices are down on the site to the prices on the GGG flyer. I would try calling today. Good luck

 

Thank you! Yeah we're going to wait until Thursday and see what's going on. Not a huge deal either way. Won't let it diminish our vacation together, but sometimes the policies make me scratch my head. A member of our group is a first time cruiser who is a WELL SEASONED traveler for work and he's said dealing with RCI customer service and reservations department is the pits compared to places like Hilton and even... gasp... the airlines!

You can get price drops in the UK if your TA will ring RCL but most will not. I have not had any upsells but have had a number of free upgrades. How many times have you cruised with RCL?

 

Not to mention very often when booking from the UK it appears you have lots of options/cruises that include drink packages and other perks which we do not get here at all.
