It looks like it is really close to Canal and Bourbon. Is it an ok area? Is it worth the $300 it's listed for?

It looks like it is really close to Canal and Bourbon. Is it an ok area? Is it worth the $300 it's listed for?

 

The area is fine. It's between Carondelet and St. Charles which turn into Bourbon and Royal. It's two blocks from Canal. I've never stayed there but I've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn which is practically next to it.
