5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar (basically in the space of Fat Cats/Cavern Club) may be too noisy for 30 people.

 

The Skyline bar next to the casino has lots of seating and seems to be lightly utilized.

30 people is going to be tough no matter where you go if you expect to congregate together. I'm sure you're going to have to play that by ear!

I would go to spice H2O on the back of the ship. Unless there is a planned event, which the sail-a-way is at the pool, it is never too busy back there and a ton of room.

 

If you don't want to be outside then the best place probably is the 5 O'clock bar.
