Do you ever have issues sleeping due to ship movement?

So far I have found the ship movement rocks me to sleep.

 

We have been in some pretty rough waters, especially the Tasman Sea and going around the horn of South America. Sometimes I don't want to walk or sit anymore, but I do fine once we go to bed.

My friend has this exact same problem. She said that when she is in the cabin in the quietness - she starts thinking of horrible scenarios for some reason. The last cruise she listened to an app of a man that talks and relaxes you to fall asleep with gentle music in the background. She uses headphones and listens to fall asleep every night. She can't do without it - she said she just lays there and thinks horrible things and can't get to sleep. I don't know if this would help you are not. Firework push it sounds like your issue may be when the ship is rocking more than usual - my friend has this issue even in calm seas. She loves cruising so much. And is determined not to let this stop her.

Has your friend tried sound machine? I can't sleep anywhere without mine.
