Onboard account question

Hi everyone,

We're sailing next weekend on Oasis and one of our travel mates is asking if she can use cash onboard to put money on her onboard account. She'd prefer to not have things charged to her credit card given the terrible exchange rate and she already has US cash.

We've never done this so I was hoping someone here can assist.

You can indicate during online check-in that you will be using cash. It's a "check-off".

Or, you can wait until you get to the pier, and when you get to the counter, tell the person that you want a cash account.

You don't actually have to put any money down until you hit a certain amount on your account. I believe that it's $500.

Or you "can" go to Guest Services at any time and put money down.
