Dinner seatings Rhapsody Barcelona to ,Venice

We will sail Rhapsody April 24. I checked dinner seatings today. Second seating is now 9:00 pm instead of 8:30. We always have late seating but this is really late.

 

Do you think this change is a mistake? I guess on the cruise before ours second seating is in fact 9:00 pm as it is a transatlantic crossing from South America to Barcelona. But I never had 9:00 pm on a Mediterrenaen cruise before.

 

Any thoughts?

Probably not a mistake. For Spaniards, a 9:00 p.m. dinner is really early!

Yes i know they normally eat after 10pm ;-)

But in my experience Royal changes the time to 8:30 pm for Med cruises. Last week it was still 8:30 and now 9:00. That is why I am curious.
