Wi-Fi specials late in cruise?

I seem to vaguely remember on my first cruise there were Wi-Fi specials late in the cruise for a small amount of minutes for people wanting to check in for flights, etc. Does anyone know if something like this is offered and approx. prices? We'll be on Norwegian Getaway in March.

In January 2016 they had 20 minutes for $14.99 the last day of the cruise.
