cruisesR4me Posted February 13, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 13, 2016 I have obc from RCCL, travel agent, and RCCL credit card. Is any of that refundable at end of the cruise if not used?
CRUSINGFAMILY Posted February 13, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 13, 2016 (edited) When you set your account up on the ship set it as a cash account on your setsail pass, don't give them your credit card information. You will be able to either take it from the casino office and remind them that it is a cash account or they will try to charge you 5% to withdraw cash. You will also be able to go to the pursers desk on the last day and with draw it. Your OBC from Visa Points is totally refundable and can be refunded at Guest Services on the day prior to debarkation. The OBC from your TA, as long as it is not being generated through RCI, is also refundable and can be refunded at Guest Services. Otherwise it becomes non-refundable. OBC from RCI is not refundable. You can take it out in the Casino with a 5% service charge tacked on. Normally OBC does not show up on accounts until the afternoon of Day 2. All your OBC will be coded on your SeaPass Account as to whether it is refundable or not. On Day 3 I would suggest you go to Guest Services and get a print out of your account. sofietucker Posted February 13, 2016 #5 Share Posted February 13, 2016 You haven't asked for advice on how to spend it down, but don't forget you can also use it at the spa... Maybe for a foot or scalp massage?
