NightOne Posted February 14, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2016 (edited) My family is going to Falmouth in December 2016. We are interested in going to the Green Grotto Cave and Christopher Columbus' landing site. Are they worth the trip? I have been to Columbus Park which is on Discovery Bay which is said to be where Christopher Columbus landed in Jamaica. You can see everything there in 15-30 minutes for sure. I found it very interesting and learned several things. There is no formal tour and you can walk around on your own. A guy there offered to give me a tour for free but I gave him $5 at the end. He was very knowledgable. You can see it in my video starting at :26 and ending at 5:03. suntan Posted February 15, 2016 #5 Share Posted February 15, 2016 A heads up on the Green Grotto Caves. We were thinking of going there on our cruise in April 2016. I got onto the caves' official website and they do not allow you to take pictures in the caves. I'm posting this information so that you are fully informed before booking this tour.
