kaerofan Posted February 19, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2016 Thinking about this cruise but just wondering if there will be enough to do with all the sea days since it's such a smaller ship? Looking to relax but don't want to be bored either - any opinions? Thanks
JF - retired RRT Posted February 19, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 19, 2016 When we did this itinerary there was at least one lecture every day, usually 2. History of the canal, natural history, etc. There were movies, exercise classes, a few games, trivia, afternoon tea, etc. No art auctions!!:D:D We were always doing something. The PP was a wonderful experience. No crowds, you get to know everyone who is on the ship, including many of the crew. Unfortunately, no one volunteered to set up a M&G. It would have been very nice, if there had been one.
kaerofan Posted February 20, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted February 20, 2016 Thanks for your perspective. I really like this itinerary but I'll be travelling with my 13 year old and she's been very spoiled with the big ship's amenities.
shredie Posted February 20, 2016 #4 Share Posted February 20, 2016 If there are a number of kids onboard (10? 20?) they will have a kids' club set up. Otherwise, no.
