Bristol5 Posted February 21, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2016 We have booked this cabin and have been reading about the noise levels in the hump cabins. I would like to hear from anyone who has first hand knowledge of this cabin. Will earplugs be necessary?
cb at sea Posted February 21, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 21, 2016 (edited) Noise shouldn't be an issue there...the starboard side has that semi-circular wall around the elevator/stairway area, which is open to the Centrum. That wall should block a good deal of music, when the bands are in the Centrum. Unless you plan to go to bed very early, you should be fine! Bristol5 Posted February 21, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted February 21, 2016 Oh, Thank you, so much, I have been so worried. I have never been on this type ship and could not tell from the diagrams of the deck plans if there was any barrier. No, we do not plan on retiring early!:)
Rare Keith1010 Posted February 22, 2016 #4 Share Posted February 22, 2016 To be safe I would post this on the Cruise Line Board where hopefully someone who has stayed in this room can share with you their experience. Keith
