Bus or taxi?

We will be in Georgetown at the end of March. We were hoping to do Cayman food tour, but they are not offering tours that week. Now we are considering browsing the craft market, going to the rum factory/store, and maybe hanging out at the beach (probably public) for a while? Which would be the easiest way to accomplish this, but taxi or bus?

For the beach, a bus is fine. I don't know where the rum thing or craft thing is.....Look it up online! Might be able to walk to it!
