Stroller on GSC?

We are on NCL Breakaway stopping tomorrow at GSC. We have cabana 11 booked. Says it's about a ten minute walk from tender pier to cabanas. We are wondering if it's worth the hassle to bring the umbrella stroller with us. Grandson is 20 months old. Doesn't sleep in stroller. But would it be handy to have to walk to cabana from tender and to walk to lunch? Is it paved?

 

Been looking forward to GSC. looks like weather will cooperate and we will be able to get there. Appreciate any advice you have for traveling with toddler on GSC. Thanks!

NO...don't worry about bringing it to GSC, if he won't sleep in it. The sand is hard to "roll" over...carry him.

We sailed to GSC last year; my daughter was 2 at the time. There is no need for a stroller. Its mostly sand and will be very hard to push. GSC is not that big, you're only a few steps to the lounge area. You can carry him with no trouble at all. The stroller would be a hassle on the tender and in the sand.

Thanks all for the input. We did not bring the stroller and were glad we had left it behind. Would have been a little bit of a hassle to deal with it on the tender and in the sand. We had a cabana and it was a bit of a walk from the tender pier but it worked out fine. We all had a great time.
