Anyone ever bought/sold a holiday on ebay?

Hi, has anyone ever traded a holiday (cruise or otherwise) on ebay? Apologies if I have flouted any forum codes of practice, but it is something that has crossed my mind.

Yes. I bought a holiday to Cyprus some years ago. Had to pay about £40 each to change names but it still worked out about half price.

 

Like everything you buy on Ebay just make sure the seller has an excellent rating and I got full details of the holiday first and telephoned the company to ensure it was genuine, before paying.

If you are considering a P&O Cruise I think it contravenes their terms and conditions as being non transferable?

This is what I thought; but not according to P&O who suggested it to me! The name change would be free up to 4 days prior to sailing. It's irrelevant now however as we have decided to go :)
