Well looking at the deck plan you are right at the front, so you will be able to see where you are going. You seem to be above the bridge, so will be higher up than the captain.

Downsides being at the front and high up, you may be more aware of any movement of the ship, if the seas are rough. Having said that you will only have the North sea ,the rest in the fjords will be smooth. The views of the scenery from there will be stunning.

Its costing you so much cos you are in one of the biggest cabins on the ship, and size costs. Maybe you can not find a lot out about it ,as very few mere mortals can afford to stay in suites.

I cant see you will be overlooked. Not sure you will be able to stand on the front part of your balcony while she is under way as it will probably be too windy. Side part should be ok. you will probably have table/chairs/sunloungers.

Should you request a different cabin, up to you..suites on this ships seem to be only at the front or back, no midships...so only other front ones, you maybe overlooked.

Enjoy your cruise, just being in a suite is fantastic, let alone anything else.

Tissuehankie ....there is a lot of info about this suite on another recent thread...have a look at

" Ventura - not too sure about the upgrade fairy".

- although this refers to Ventura the ships are the same design so will apply to Azura as well as Ventura.

Hope that helps.
