Looking for a good boat tour to St. John

I'm looking to book a boat tour that includes snorkeling around St. John. I can't afford more then $100 pp and I would love if there was a possibility to see sea turtles. Any recommendations?

Google for New Horizons in St Thomas. You may be able to do their tour on a cruise stop. There aren't many that fit within ship port times.

We have gone with Rumbaba but it is around 140 per person and price for cab to red hook. We also did a ship excursion on the getaway over to St. John and I think that was under 100 a person. Loved the sailboat with only 6 people but we really enjoyed the catamaran also. A lot more people but fun. The NCL tour also loaded where the ship docked.
